my studio had a fully fitted kitchen with free tea and coffee. the apartment was clean and tidy upon arrival. a helpful 24-hour group chat was available for any assistance i might need. i felt safe .

the kitchen had a toaster fridge a water boil cattle dishes cutlery dishwash soap and sponge. there were supermarkets nearby for groceries. this allowed me to save money by dining in instead of eating out regularly.

the hotel offers great access to the dlr and bus links into the city. a bus stop is right across from the apartment. the underground and train stations are also close offering easy access to transportation.

the reception is manned 24h. shirley at reception welcomed me and was kind and helpful. the check-in staff were professional friendly and could not have been more helpful ensuring a smooth arrival process.

spacious apartment equipped kitchen comfortable bed clean condition
i found a spacious apartment, which was like home . a big equipped kitchen and comfortable beds helped a lot! the location made it easy to get to many attractions. it was clean.
the front desk communication happened via WhatsApp and was not always quick.

The reception folks are humble and polite. they were SO helpful when i needed to book a taxi to the airport. A really challenging situation. the check-in staff are super professional and FRIENDLY.

The staff was helpful, especially Shimoon, who provided prompt assistance. The studio had convenient street access, with easy entry and exit. The location is close to bus stops and the tube (i noticed several bus lines nearby). The apartment was very clean upon arrival.
i would have preferred better sound isolation.

The apartments have good connections to the city center by bus and train. Supermarkets are nearby (i saw one right across the street), , made it easy to get groceries. Several restaurants and a coffee shop are within walking distance.

Clean and Well-Equipped Apartment

The apartment was clean. It was well-equipped with essentials. A Sainsbury's is located across the road. The kitchen included an espresso machine with complimentary coffee capsules. Staff at reception were lovely. I felt okay all time and relaxed , and it was easy to commute to the Excel center on the DLR.
One minor issue was noise from the street on one night, causing some disturbance.

The apartment had comfortable beds. The bathroom was clean and very functional. There was a 42-inch smart TV available. The kitchen had a microwave oven and fridge, very useful to easily buy all needed for a confortable breakfast.

The location is near the DLR railway. It is just two stops to Bank, with connections to the Tube. There is a Sainsbury's supermarket across the road. A fantastic cafe is next door for breakfast.
