i found a spacious apartment, which was like home . a big equipped kitchen and comfortable beds helped a lot! the location made it easy to get to many attractions. it was clean.
the front desk communication happened via WhatsApp and was not always quick.

The apartment was spacious. A microwave oven and fridge were available. I found an espresso machine with free coffee capsules that was very welcome. The cleanliness of the apartment was excellent and the double bed felt comfortable to me.
i noticed that the apartment lacked air conditioning, made the room quite stuffy on warmer days. a better system for temperature control would significantly improve the comfort of the stay.

The apartment was clean. It was well-equipped with essentials. A Sainsbury's is located across the road. The kitchen included an espresso machine with complimentary coffee capsules. Staff at reception were lovely. I felt okay all time and relaxed , and it was easy to commute to the Excel center on the DLR.
One minor issue was noise from the street on one night, causing some disturbance.
